Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use QoL ID or any product operated by Aeocraft LLC under the QOL name. By using them, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Who you are contracting with

Aeocraft LLC, a United States limited liability company, which owns the QOL network operated under qol.one. Contact support@qol.one.

Your account

• You must be at least 13, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
• Give an accurate email address and keep it current — it is how you sign in.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your email or your account.
• One account per person, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

One account, many products

QoL ID signs you in to other products across the network. Each product may have its own additional terms; where they conflict with these, the product's own terms govern your use of that product. Closing your QoL ID account ends your access to every product that relies on it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the services to:

• Break the law or infringe someone else's rights
• Send spam or malware, or attempt unauthorised access to any system
• Interfere with, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Impersonate another person, or claim a handle in order to sell it
• Resell or redistribute the service as your own without written permission

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

Subscriptions and payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you choose. Prices are shown before you buy.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also accept Stripe's terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
• We may change prices. Existing subscribers are told before a change affects them, and a change never applies to a period already paid for.
• Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Refund windows differ by product and are stated at the point of purchase. If something is genuinely broken and we cannot fix it, email support@qol.one and we will make it right.

Who owns what

Ours. The services, software, design, and branding remain the property of Aeocraft LLC. Your subscription is a licence to use the service, not a sale of it.

Yours. Content you upload or create stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process, and display it in order to run the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your work and we do not sell it.

Availability

We work to keep things running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, and faults happen. We may change or discontinue features; where a change is significant and affects a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice.

Third-party services

The services rely on third parties including Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, and Cloudflare, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing we provide is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aeocraft LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Aeocraft LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the services, your content, or your breach of these terms.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity — continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Aeocraft LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
