This policy explains what personal information Aeocraft LLC collects through QoL ID and the products it operates under the QOL name, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Aeocraft LLC is a United States limited liability company. It owns the QOL network, which is operated under qol.one. QoL ID is the single sign-on service for that network. For anything in this policy, contact support@qol.one.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not buy it.
We use a small number of established providers, each receiving only what it needs: Supabase for account storage and authentication, Stripe for payments, and Vercel and Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Beyond that, we do not share it.
When you use QoL ID to sign in to another QOL product, that product is told who you are — your account identifier, your email address, and your display name — so it can create your session. It does not receive your password, because there isn't one. You can see which products you have connected from your profile.
Account information is kept while your account is open. If you ask us to delete it, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to keep a record — for example transaction records needed for tax and accounting.
You can ask us to tell you what we hold, correct it, delete it, send you a copy, or stop marketing email. Email support@qol.one and we will action it. We aim to reply within 30 days.
We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use them to build advertising profiles. You can block or clear them in your browser; signing in will stop working if you do.
Sites across the QOL network count page visits without cookies. For each visit we store the page, the referring site, any campaign tag in the link, your country and your device type. We never store your IP address or anything that identifies you. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the visit is not counted.
QoL ID is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Sign-in is passwordless, connections are encrypted in transit, access to personal information is restricted, and payment details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by us. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but if a breach affects you, we will tell you.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
